D&D Grill Rental and Sales LLC

  • How much is delivery?

    D&D Grill Rental and Sales will delivery your grill, tent for free if your event is within 5 miles of our 5341 WESTBROOK RD, CLAYTON, OH, location.  The charge for delivery beyond our 5 mile limit is $2.25/per mile.

  • Do I have to clean the grill before returning it?

    D&D Grill Rental and Sales will take care of all the cleaning.

  • Do you provide wood for the smoker and charcoal for the grill?

    D&D Grill Rental and Sales will deliver Apple, Cherry or Hickory wood (while supplies last) for $15 a crate and/or Kingsford Charcoal for $15.00/20lb bag.  


  • Do you pick up the grill the day of the event?

    D&D Grill Rental and Sales will deliver and pick up your grill, tent  on the date agreed upon in the rental agreement. 

  • What are your business hours?

    D&D Grill Rental and Sales is open Monday-Friday, 11am-5pm, Saturday, 12pm-3pm and by appointment on Sunday. If we are closed and you need to reserve a grill you can complete the online form or text the owner personally between 8am-10pm at 937-760-0020.

  • What if I want to reserve the grill for more than one day?

    All rental prices are per 24 hours. If you'd like to rent a grill/smoker or any other item for a weekend(Friday-Monday) the cost is $109/$129 in addition to the rental price.

  • How much is it to rent the kitchen?

    Renting the kitchen requires a $300 deposit and $80/4hr.
